These terms explain your responsibilities when using Soberly and the limits of our service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Soberly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the app for illegal, infringing, harassing, or disruptive behavior.

3. Health disclaimer

Soberly is a self-management and habit tracking tool and is not medical advice or professional treatment. If you are in an emergency or need professional help, contact qualified medical/mental health professionals or local emergency services.

4. Subscription and auto-renewal

If you subscribe to Pro, Apple will charge your Apple ID account and renew automatically each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before renewal. Refund and cancellation rules are governed by App Store policies.

5. Changes and termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms within a reasonable scope and publish them in the app or on the web. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
