When you use the AI Coach feature (Pro), your course reflections and conversation messages are sent to our secure server for AI processing. These interactions are not stored permanently and are not used to train AI models. Contacts access is used only to select trusted supporters in the Guardian feature. Notifications are used only to send daily reminders.
